Full Course Programs
- 14-day cooling-off period from purchase date
- Less than 25% of course materials accessed
- No certificates or completion documents issued
- Request submitted through proper channels
Workshop Sessions
- Cancellation at least 7 days before start date
- No access to preliminary materials or recordings
- Written notice provided to our team
- Valid reason documented if applicable
Subscription Services
- Cancellation within first billing cycle
- Minimal platform usage (login tracking applies)
- No downloads of exclusive materials
- Request made before auto-renewal date
Please note: Refunds are processed at zalmeriqnove's discretion. We review each request individually and consider factors like technical issues, personal circumstances, and program engagement levels when making decisions.
The Refund Process
If you believe you're eligible for a refund, here's the step-by-step process you'll need to follow. The entire process typically takes between 10 to 21 business days from initial request to fund arrival.

Once approved, we initiate the refund through your original payment method. Bank processing times vary, but most refunds appear within 5-10 business days.

The amount and type of refund varies depending on your situation. Here are the most common scenarios we encounter and how they're typically handled.
Early Withdrawal Partial Refund
If you've started a program but decide it's not right for you within the cooling-off period, you may receive a partial refund. We deduct a proportional amount based on materials accessed and administrative costs.
Technical Issues Case by Case
When platform problems prevent you from accessing content, we investigate thoroughly. If issues were on our end and couldn't be resolved promptly, full refunds are typically granted without question.
Late Cancellations No Refund
Workshop or event cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date generally don't qualify for refunds. We've already committed resources and turned away other potential participants.
Medical or Emergency Full Review
Documented medical emergencies or serious life circumstances receive special consideration. We require appropriate documentation but aim to be understanding and flexible in genuine hardship situations.
Payment Method & Processing Times
How quickly you receive your refund depends largely on your original payment method. Different processors have different timelines, and we have limited control over bank processing speeds.
Credit Cards
5-7 business days after approval. Appears as credit on your statement from zalmeriqnove.
Debit Cards
7-10 business days. Bank processing can vary significantly by institution.
PayPal
3-5 business days. Usually the fastest option for refund receipt.
Bank Transfer
10-14 business days. Requires account verification before processing.
We always process refunds to your original payment method. If that's no longer available or there's an issue, we'll contact you to arrange an alternative transfer method.
Non-Refundable Items
Some purchases and situations don't qualify for refunds under any circumstances. This protects both our business and maintains fairness for all participants.
Digital Downloads
Once you've downloaded budgeting templates, spreadsheets, or PDF guides, these can't be returned. We consider digital content accessed once the download completes, regardless of whether you opened the files.
Completed Programs
If you've finished a course, attended all workshop sessions, or accessed more than 75% of program materials, refunds aren't available. You've received the full value of the educational content at that point.
Promotional Pricing
Items purchased during special promotions, early-bird pricing, or with discount codes may have different refund terms. These are outlined at purchase and typically offer reduced or no refund eligibility.
Third-Party Services
When we coordinate with external providers for specialized sessions or materials, their refund policies apply. We can facilitate the process but don't control those decisions.
Bundle Purchases
Program bundles receive pro-rated refunds only. If you've accessed any component of a bundle, you can't receive a full refund for the package. We calculate value based on individual item pricing versus bundle discount.
Subscription Cancellations
Our subscription model works differently from one-time purchases. You can cancel anytime, but refunds for current billing periods depend on usage and timing.
Monthly Subscriptions
Cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next charge. If you cancel mid-cycle, you'll maintain access until the period ends but won't receive a refund for unused days. This is pretty standard across the industry.
Annual Memberships
Annual plans cancelled within 30 days may receive partial refunds minus one month's equivalent cost and a processing fee. After 30 days, no refunds apply, though you keep access until the annual term expires.
Pausing vs Cancelling
Consider pausing your subscription if you need a break. We offer up to 3-month pauses for annual members without losing your pricing or access history. Sometimes this works better than cancelling outright.
Dispute Resolution
If you disagree with a refund decision or feel your situation deserves reconsideration, we have an appeals process. It's not overly formal, but it does require clear communication about your concerns.
Email our support team within 7 days of receiving the initial decision. Explain specifically why you believe the decision should be reviewed, and include any additional information that wasn't previously considered.
A senior team member will review your appeal within 5 business days. This decision is typically final, though exceptional circumstances may warrant additional discussion. We genuinely try to be fair while also protecting our business interests.
